The Davenport Value & Income Fund ( DVIPX ) generated a 2.61% total return in the second quarter of 2025, trailing the Russell 1000 Value® Index's 3.79% return over the same time frame. In a sharp reversal versus 90 days ago, investors' preference shifted from value to growth, with the Russell 1000 Value Index significantly lagging the S&P 500 ( SP500 , SPX, +10.94%) and Russell 1000 Growth® indices (+17.84%).
