The post tariff announcement rally for the stock market pushes through September. The SPDR® S&P 500 ETF Trust ( SPY ) added a gain of 3.56% last month, pushing its year-to-date gain to 14.28%. Vanguard's High Dividend Yield Index Fund ETF Shares ( VYM ) have enjoyed the same rally, albeit at a more modest pace. The ETF finished September with a gain of 1.27% and year-to-date is up 11.96%. My watchlist has exhausted its momentum last month, declining by 1.36% and seeing its year-to-date gain of 5.89% lag the two benchmarks....
