- Unilever ( NYSE: UL ) said Tuesday its CFO Graeme Pitkethly plans to retire by the end of May 2024.
- The board will launch a formal internal and external search for Pitkethly's successor.
- Conny Braams, chief digital and commercial officer, will also step down in August. Her successor will be named in due course, Unilever ( UL ) said .
- Earlier in the day, Unilever's ( UL ) rival Nestlé said its CFO would step down and be replaced by London Stock Exchange's finance chief.
