Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - July 21, 2025 : Inflection Resources Ltd. (CSE: AUCU / OTCQB:AUCUF / FSE: 5VJ) (the "Company" or"Inflection") is pleased to announceit has completed the acquisition of an 100% interest in a portfolio ofcopper-gold projects in the Northern Territory and New South Wales,Australia from subsidiaries of Newmont Corporation (“Newmont”) (NYSE: NEM / TSX: NGT).
The projects were acquired pursuant to an Agreement announced on June 16, 2025 which includes certain milestone payments, royalties and the issuanceof 1,250,000 Inflection common shares to an affiliate ofNewmont.
