The design of the first program combines a topoisomerase I inhibitor with a second payload that can overcome a key resistance mechanism, namely the DNA Damage Repair pathway (DDR). Preclinical data presented at the AACR-NCI-EORTC International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics (October, 2025) demonstrates preliminary synergy of this combination (link).
