(OTCQB:AZASF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Lex Lambeck as Senior Vice Presidentof Exploration. He will replace Mr. Greg Hahn who will become ViceChair. Dr. Lambeck brings extensive experience in mineralexploration and project development. He has a strong track record oftechnical leadership and exploration success across multiple miningjurisdictions. His depth of expertise and his strategic approach toexploration will be integral to the company's growth as wecontinue to advance our projects.
Most recently, Dr. Lambeck served as Vice President ofExploration at MAG Silver Corp., which was recently purchased by PanAmerican Silver for $2.1 billion. In that role he contributed todistrict-scale exploration programs and served as Chief Geologist forthe Deer Trail Project in Utah. He is also the founder and CEO ofLamSil Geological Services LLC.

As Senior Vice President of Exploration, Lex willoversee the company’s exploration programs and work closely with ourtechnical and management teams. Dr. Lambeck Accomplishments
Dr. Lambeck is an exploration geologist and seniormining executive with a PhD in geology and more than 25 years ofexperience advancing gold, silver, copper and base metal projectsacross the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia. Lex is amember of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and aCertified Professional Geologist CPG-11734. He has held seniorleadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, Vice President ofExploration and Consulting Exploration Geologist. He brings deeptechnical and operational experience to the company.
Throughout his career Lex has led large, multi-yearexploration programs. He has been recognized for his abilitiesintegrating geology, geochemistry, geophysics and 3D geologicalmodeling to support data driven decision making. His background alsoincludes extensive experience in permitting and stakeholder engagementacross federal, state and private lands in North America.
Mr. Hahn, having delivered a significant discovery atthe Philadelphia project and after serving +50 years in the miningindustry, will remain on the Board as Vice Chair and board member tohelp guide the company’s growth going forward.
