Mr.Brandl will succeed GeorgeSookochoff , who has stepped down from hisexecutive role to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr.Sookochoff will continue to serve as a member of Belmont’s Board ofDirectors, ensuring continuity during the leadershiptransition.

Mr. Brandl has been a Director of Belmont Resourcessince 2023 and brings over a decade of experience in corporategovernance, project oversight, and strategic development within theresource sector. He also represents HMS Bergbau AG , aglobal commodities firm and recent major shareholder of Belmont,signaling a closer alignment between the Company’s leadership andits long-term financial and strategic partners.
