VANCOUVER, BC — TheNewswire - February 6,2026 — Giant Mining Corp. (CSE: BFG | OTC:BFGFF | FWB: YW5 | CSE: BFG.WT.A | CSE: BFG.WT.B.) (“Giant Mining”or the “Company”) is pleased to announce ithas re-engaged Exploration Technologies Inc.(“ExploreTech”), a geoscience technologycompany located in San Diego,California,  specializing in artificialintelligence–driven subsurface modelling, to support drill targetingfor the Company’s planned 2026 exploration and drilling program atits flagship Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project (“MajubaHill”in PershingCounty, Nevada.

Advancing the Geological Model atMajuba Hill

Recent fieldwork completed at Majuba Hill hasidentified multiple high-grade breccia pipes exposed at surface, materially enhancing the Company’s geological understanding of theproject and adding significant potential tonnage to the evolvinggeologic model. To date, eight to ten breccia pipes have beenidentified, with geological indicators suggesting that many morebreccia pipes may exist across the broader property.

These breccia pipes are interpreted to be geneticallylinked to deep, concealed intrusive bodies, which are believed to playa key role in driving mineralization. The identification and accuratemodelling of these hidden intrusions is expected to significantlyimprove drill targeting and exploration efficiency.

“Advancing Majuba Hill alignsdirectly with the United States’ growing focus on securing reliabledomestic sources of critical and strategic minerals,” said DavidGreenway, President and CEO of Giant Mining. “Copper and silver areessential to electrification, infrastructure, defense, and advancedmanufacturing, and Nevada remains one of the most mining-friendly andstrategically important jurisdictions in the country. By re-engagingExploreTech and applying advanced AI-driven subsurface modeling, weare enhancing our ability to efficiently target mineralization andadvance Majuba Hill in a disciplined, responsible manner. We believethis work supports long-term U.S. economic strength, nationalsecurity, and the development of a resilient domesticcritical-minerals supply chain.”

“Majuba Hill presents a compelling geological systemwhere advanced computational modeling can materially improve drilltargeting, especially following our success at Majuba Hill lastyear,” said Dr. Tyler Hall, President of ExploreTech. “Byintegrating Giant Mining’s extensive historical dataset with ourEngine AI platform, we can evaluate thousands of possible subsurfacescenarios to identify the most probable locations of concealedintrusive sources associated with breccia pipe development. Thisapproach allows for more informed, efficient drilling decisions andhas the potential to significantly enhance exploration success atMajuba Hill.”

AI-Driven Targeting Using EngineAI

Under the renewed engagement, and building on lastyear’s successful results, ExploreTech will deploy its proprietaryEngine AI and cloud-based computing platform in collaboration withGiant Mining’s technical team to model the most probable locationsof buried intrusive sources associated with breccia pipedevelopment.

ExploreTech’s approach will include the generation ofthousands of potential subsurface geological models, allowing theCompany to statistically evaluate the mostlikely locations of high-grade breccia pipes that may be concealedbeneath post-mineral cover.

Key elements of the work program include:

  • Refinement of the study area to focus on priority areasof interest identified by Giant Mining

  • Simulation of multiple potential intrusive sourcescenarios at depth

  • Integration and analysis of Majuba Hill’s extensivehistorical exploration database

  • Targeting informed by resistivity data, which mayhighlight zones of potassic alteration and disseminated mineralizationconsistent with intrusive centers

Positioning for 2026 Drilling

ExploreTech is expected to deliver drill targetingresults for the defined area of interest by the end of March 2026,providing Giant Mining with advanced technical inputs to supportplanning and execution of its upcoming drill program.

The Company believes that combining modern AI-drivensubsurface modelling with Majuba Hill’s extensive historical datasetrepresents a powerful approach to unlocking additional value at theproject.

About ExplorationTechnologies Inc.

ExploreTech’s AI approach isspecifically designed to combine surface geology and drilling resultswith computationally intensive remodelling of existing geophysicaldatasets to optimize targeting of covered targets. The process quicklygenerates thousands of solutions that cluster on the best fits betweenthe geological and geophysical data and then generates drillholetrajectories designed to cut those clusters most effectively.

ExploreTech first combines thegeological concept with AI geophysical simulation to identify andlocate where the source of a geophysical anomaly actually lies. Thisis done by testing thousands of possible explanations (models) foranomalies measured at the surface and selecting only those thatclosely match the real-world geophysics. The selected models of thecombined geology and geophysics cluster around the most likelylocation of the anomaly. The program then evaluates the clusters inthree dimensions to determine the optimal drilling trajectory topierce as many of the target anomalies as possible. The entire processcan be rerun as drill results for specific targets, or additionalgeophysical surveying, adds new information allowing improvedvectoring to the best mineralized parts of a given ore system. Thisuse of AI to reveal and reinforce target anomalies in existinggeophysical datasets is a significant new exploration tool and hasalready been applied in several cases, some are viewable at www.exploretech.ai.

Majuba Hill’s critically importantcharacteristics are as follows:

Location:

Nevada, USA — a globally top-ranked miningjurisdiction, ranked #1 in the Fraser Institute’s 2022 Annual Surveyof Mining Companies.

Project Size:

9,684 Acres

Infrastructure:

The Majuba Hill property is located 113 road kilometers(70 miles) southwest of Winnemucca, Nevada, and 251 kilometers (156miles) northeast of Reno. It is accessible via well-maintained countyroads from the Imlay, Nevada exit on U.S. Interstate 80, followed by a23-mile drive west. People, roads, power, and water are fundamentalconsiderations for infrastructure, and Majuba Hill already benefitsfrom a strong foundation in all these areas. This existinginfrastructure provides a significant advantage, offering substantialcost savings compared to more remote projects.

History:

Historical Producer

Drilling:

Approximately 89,395 feet of drilling to date. Roughreplacement value of drilling USD $12.1 Million using currentcosts.

Mineralization:

The project shows indications of a potentially large Cu– Ag +/- Au mineralized body with many features in common with bothlarge porphyry copper, silver, and gold projects.

Expandability:

The IP survey, deep drilling, and step-out drillingindicate significant expansion potential, with mineralization open inall directions.

Fully Financed:

The Company has secured funding for its next phase ofdrilling at Majuba Hill.

About Giant Mining Corp.

Giant Mining is focused on identifying, acquiring, andadvancing late-stage copper and copper/silver/gold projects to meetthe growing global demand for critical metals. This demand is drivenby initiatives like the Green New Deal in the United States andsimilar climate-focused programs worldwide, which require substantialamounts of copper, silver, and gold for electric vehicles, renewableenergy infrastructure, and the modernization of clean and affordableenergy systems.

The Company’s flagship asset is the Majuba HillCopper, Silver, and Gold District, located 156 miles (251 km) fromReno, Nevada. Majuba Hill benefits from a mining-friendly regulatoryenvironment and strong local infrastructure. While still anexploration-stage asset, the geological footprint and scale ofmineralization indicate that further work is clearly justified andthat the system may host significant copper potential.
