Well, this looks like fun. Black Spade Acquisition II Co ( BSII ) is going to de-spac. Well, obviously it will, given that it's a special acquisition company and that's what they're for. But we now know what it's going to merge with, which is an offshoot of the AMTD empire.
Which is, you know, interesting, given what happened when AMTD Digital ( HKD ) came to market and the associated fun in AMTD IDEA ( AMTD ). Like, absolutely vast, ridiculous in fact, meme stock status and stock price rises. At one point, one of them alone was worth more than Goldman Sachs....
