I always found it fascinating that the stock market allows us to collect income from the very same sectors that cost us money. I pay utility bills every month, and Reaves Utility Income Trust ( UTG ) allows me to be on the receiving end of that transaction and gain exposure to some of the highest-quality companies in the sector. When I previously covered UTG, I issued a buy rating due to the potential for tax-efficient dividends and healthy NAV growth.
