Since mid-year, the Twittersphere has been replete with comments that cannabis was about to be moved from a Schedule 1 to a Schedule 3 substance. Those comments gained increased credibility on August 11th when President Trump said his administration would make a determination about cannabis rescheduling over the next few weeks. A recent "X" poll indicates 70% of respondents believe such rescheduling would happen by September 15, 2025....
