As I’ve covered in the past , I turned bullish on Barclays PLC ( BCS ) back in May last year as the bank was reporting a very good operating performance, and its valuation was much lower compared to other European banks, which didn’t seem to be warranted. This BCS recommendation has been quite positive, given that its shares have increased by more than 51% since then and have clearly outperformed the SPDR® S&P 500 ETF Trust ( SPY ) during the same period, as can be seen in the next graph. ...
