Overview
With continued uncertainty related to the trade wars, some investors continue to look for safe havens that can reduce portfolio volatility and risk to US markets. Capital Group International Core Equity ETF ( CGIC ) caught my attention because unlike many other international funds, CGIC actually prioritizes holdings that primarily have operations outside of the US. The fund is very new with an inception dating back to June of 2024, so the operating performance is limited. CGIC is managed by Capital Group and has a higher than average expense ratio of 0.54%, so let's determine if the performance justifies the cost....
