The MOU establishes a framework for future cooperation between the twocompanies on a non-exclusive basis, with a focus on integrating Termaradar systems into CiTech’s Self-Deploying Communications Platform(Nexus platform) to explore combined defence and security applicationsacross international markets.
The agreement outlines joint intent to identify commercialopportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate ondemonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence andsecurity stakeholders.
Explore commercial opportunities and operational use cases enabled bya combined Terma radar and CiTech Nexus platform solution.
Assess technical and operational feasibility of integrating Termaradar systems into CiTech’s autonomous deployment platform.
Plan and prepare for joint demonstrations of the integrated capabilityat key European defence and security exhibitions.
Conduct demonstrations across the European Union, subject to mutualagreement.
Hold periodic coordination meetings to review progress and determinenext steps toward formal pilot or commercial agreements.
