Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - December 12, 2025 –Pursuant to the early warning requirements of applicable Canadiansecurities laws, Salvatore Milia reports that he and the Milia 2008Family Trust (the “Trust”), of which Mr. Milia is a trustee, haveacquired ownership and direction or control over an additional5,440,541 common shares (the “Common Shares”) of Christina LakeCannabis Corp. (CSE: CLC ) (the “Company”) since the filingof his initial early warning report dated December 4, 2024.

Since the initial early warning report, the CommonShares were acquired between April 30, 2025 and December 10, 2025 atprices ranging from $0.035 to $0.050 per Common Share for aggregateconsideration of approximately $262,117.05.

Immediately prior to the acquisitions referred toabove, Mr. Milia and the Trust had ownership and direction or controlover 25,955,372 Common Shares, representing approximately 13.82% ofthe 187,785,808 issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company ona non-diluted basis.

As a result of the acquisitions referred to above, Mr.Milia and the Trust now have ownership and direction or control over31,395,913 Common Shares, representing approximately 12.65% of the248,093,565 issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company on anon-diluted basis.

The Common Shares were acquired for investmentpurposes. Mr. Milia has a long-term view of the investment and,depending on market conditions and other circumstances, may in thefuture increase or decrease his shareholdings in the Company, whetherin the open market, by privately negotiated agreement orotherwise.
