The Proposed JointVenture for Green Technology Commercialization
The LOI outlines the parties' intent to establisha 50/50 Joint Venture(JV) aimed at the co-development, globalmarketing, and commercialization of Agritech’s core bioremediationsolutions. In a related transaction, CleanGo proposes to acquire aforty-nine percent (49%) ownership stake in Agritech. Bothtransactions are subject to successful due diligence, negotiation ofdefinitive agreements, and board approvals.
