The Boeing Company ( BA ) stock has lost nearly 7% since my last report . The decline followed comments from Kelly Ortberg signaling that the certification is behind schedule. In my view, the addition of the fifth test airplane to the fleet and the reactivation of the fourth test aircraft show as much. So, I am not really surprised on that end, but it does mean that Boeing could see additional charges on the 777X program, and I would not be surprised if any adjustment to the cost estimates will result in another reach-forward loss....
