Private Placement Correction Notice

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire- June 3, 2026 – Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CRB) (“Cariboo Rose” or the“Company “). Further to thenews release dated June 1, 2026, announcing the close of itsnon-brokered private placements (the “Private Placement”) fortotal proceeds of $735,500.02, the Company wishes to report thefollowing correction in the payment of finder’s fees:

• Leede Financial Inc. was paid $5,250 and not $5,950 asreported in the June 1, 2026 news release. 

Total cash finder’s fees paid in connection with theCariboo Private Placement were therefore:

• $3,500 to Raymond James Ltd., of Vancouver,B.C.; 

• $7,000 to Research Capital Corporation, of Vancouver,B.C.; and 

• $5,250 to Leede Financial Inc. of Vancouver, B.C. 

All other information contained within the June 1, 2026news release remains the same.
