Cariboo Rose Receives 400,000 Common Shares of BRS Resources Ltd.

Vancouver, BC, February 18, 2026 –TheNewswire - Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:CRB) “Cariboo Rose” or the “Company”)announces that, pursuant to the amending agreement dated December 15,2025, with BRS Resources Ltd. (“BRS”), the Company has received anaggregate of 400,000 common shares of BRS.

The shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four monthsand one day from the date of issuance.

BRS is advancing its Cowtrail copper-gold project insouth-central British Columbia, a porphyry coppergold explorationinitiative located contiguous with the Woodjam copper-gold porphyryproject. BRS recently reported that drilling completed in 2025 hasdefined a mineralized trend extending both northwesterly andsoutheasterly, with the system remaining open at both ends. BRS hasalso indicated its intention to expand exploration efforts in 2026 totest additional magnetic targets identified to the south.

The receipt of BRS shares strengthens Cariboo Rose’sportfolio of equity interests and provides continued exposure toexploration progress at Cowtrail.
