The Schwab U.S. Dividend Equity ETF ( SCHD ) is one of the most controversial ETFs I've ever covered. On the one hand, its ~4% estimated dividend yield places it in the top 2% among the 727 U.S. Size & Style ETFs I track, and it's one of only a handful of funds to have increased dividends per share for 10+ years straight. On the other hand, SCHD ranks near the bottom on three-year free cash flow growth and the one-year dividend payout ratios of its 100 underlying holdings.
