Evolution Petroleum (EPM) closed yet another acquisition after the fiscal year ended. The last article focused upon all the acquisitions and the potential resulting leverage. But without payments, any projection is inaccurate. Now we have that accuracy. The first quarter report is going to come very fast after the yearend report which is typically the case. We should see what kind of debt repayment pace management will set. But the big difference as reiterated on the conference call is that management purchased a minerals interest as opposed to an operating interest. A minerals interest does not have capital costs....
