Inspire Fidelis Multi Factor ETF (NYSE : FDLS ) Stock

The Inspire Fidelis Multi Factor ETF (the Fund) seeks to replicate investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the WI Fidelis Multi-Cap, Multi-Factor Index (the Index). The Fund generally invests at least 80 percent of its total assets in securities that meet the following criteria (the Multi Factor criteria) that are the components of the Index in an attempt to track the Index. The universe of eligible index components consists of common stocks that meet the following Multi-Factor criteria have an Inspire Impact Score that is positive (i.e., greater than or equal to zero).
