Thesis
We started covering the Capital Group U.S. Multi-Sector Income ETF ( CGMS ) in the fixed income space early last year, when we assigned the fund a 'Buy' rating. We liked the fund's multi-sector composition and its propensity to keep duration contained at the time. The name has performed since, posting a total return in excess of 7% with a low volatility profile:
