Harold had been a Director on the Company’s boardsince March 2021, contributing to the Company a lifetime of wisdom inbusiness, corporate governance, finance and leadership.

Harold was a man of unparalleled ethics and integrity.His wisdom, professionalism and kindness is a tremendous loss to theteam. Mr. Gabriel Kabazo is appointed to the AuditCommittee.
