The last time I wrote about Fulcrum Therapeutics (FULC), it was with a Seeking Alpha article entitled " Next Set Of SCD Data Is Crucial For Continued Pipeline Advancement ." With respect to this article, I mentioned that the company was developing its oral, best-in-class fetal hemoglobin [HbF] inducer, pociredir, for the treatment of patients with Sickle Cell Disease [SCD] in an ongoing phase 1b study. I had a "Hold" rating, noting that the company was reliant on advancing this program forward because of a prior failure with losmapimod for the treatment of patients with Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy [FSHD] in the phase 2 REACH trial....
