(TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85)(“Generation” or the “Company”) announces it has signed a newagreement to acquire the YathExtension Property, a strategic expansion thatenhances the Company’s footprint in the Angilak Uranium District ofNunavut.
On December 15, 2025, Generation Uranium entered into adefinitive purchase agreement with arm’s-length vendors to acquire 100% ownership of the Yath Extension property. The acquisition adds 4,123.94 hectares across five claims, increasing the total size of the Yath Project to approximately 18,214.87 hectares. This agreementreduces share payments by 6 million shares and break share paymentsinto two tranches over 2 years (full agreement terms describedbelow).
The Yath Extension property is underlain by Archean basement rocks of the Kaminak Group, known to hosturanium-copper mineralization within quartz-vein stockworks and brecciated zones.
