In late February, I conducted an earnings review on The Home Depot ( HD ) after they reported their Q4 results. In that analysis, I found shaky sales, margin contraction, and a valuation that was elevated. As a result, I reiterated my sell rating on the stock, and as you can see below, there have been losses of over 20% since that article was published. My bearish thesis has worked out quite well so far. Earlier this morning (May 19), the company released their latest batch of results . As of now, the stock has had a muted reaction, but nonetheless, today I'll be providing an update for readers to see if there is now an opportunity....
