Existing Home Sales Jump To Near 3-Year High

Existing home sales jumped 5.1% in December to their highest level in nearly three years. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), existing home sales were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.35 million units, exceeding the projected 4.21 million. Existing home sales have risen for four straight months, the longest streak since 2020, and are up 1.4% compared to one year ago....
