My highest conviction macro bet right now that informs my investing is the de-dollarization trend. By that, I mean I expect the global economy to increasingly move away from the U.S. dollar ( UUP ) and ultimately for the U.S. dollar to decline in value, in particular relative to real assets over time. Sure, there will be ebbs and flows, but I have a high degree of confidence that 10 to 20 years from now, the U.S. dollar will have materially lower purchasing power than it does today....
