The iShares Interest Rate Hedged Long-Term Corporate Bond ETF ( IGBH ) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund designed to provide investors with diversified investment-grade bond exposure while hedging interest rate risk through the use of overnight index swaps [OIS]. Given the structure of the fund, IGBH has historically outperformed the iShares 10+ Year Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF ( IGLB ) during periods of rate increases and underperformed during rate cuts. With the expectation of additional rate cuts in 2026, I believe IGLB shares’ exposure to interest rate risk may lead to outperformance; I am recommending IGBH with a Hold rating and IGLB with a Buy rating....
