Intact Financ ial ( IFC:CA ) is a Property Casualty Insurance company based in Toronto, Canada, which is the market leader in its own market, but also has a growing business in the U.S. and Canada. While in my opinion, Intact is a great company, I think that the common shares are overvalued compared to peers. I also see risks to the earnings from continued catastrophe losses in Canada, and some risky expansion into international markets.
