Edmonton, Alberta – TheNewswire - July 8, 2025– Innovotech Inc. (TSX-V: IOT)(“Innovotech”, or the “Company”) concluded its annual generaland special meeting of shareholders on July 8, 2025. Shareholdersvoted in favor of all matters, which included the re-election of JamesTimourian, Karen Farkas, David Tam, Julie Wright, Brad Clark, andCraig Milne as directors of the Company. Shareholders approved theappointment of D&H Group LLP as the Company auditors for the nextfiscal year and continued the Omnibus Security Based Compensation Planfirst adopted in 2024.

Innovotech also welcomesArden Tse to the board of directors. Mr. Tse is an Edmonton-basedventure capital investor with over 20 years of diverse investmentmanagement experience. He currently leads Yaletown Partners'early-stage technology investments in Alberta through the AccelerateFunds II to IV, he specializes in identifying high-potential startupsin life sciences and tech.  Mr. Tse holds a BSc and an MBA in Financefrom the University of Alberta and is a certified Executive Coachthrough Royal Roads University.
