KORE Announces Filings Of Annual And Interim Financial Statements And Revocation Of Cease Trade Order

Vancouver, BC, August 8, 2025 – TheNewswire - KORE Mining Ltd. (TSXV: KORE) (“ KORE ” or the“ Company ”) provides an update with respect tothe Management Cease Trade Order (the "MCTO") and Failure tofile cease trade order (the “FFCTO”) issued by the BritishColumbia Securities Commission (the “Commission”) on May 1, 2025and July 18, 2025, respectively.
The Company confirms that August 1, 2025, it completedand filed its audited annual financial statement, management'sdiscussion and analysis (the “MD&A”), and related CEO and CFOcertifications for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “AnnualFinancials”). On the same date, the Company also filed its interimfinancial statement, MD&A, and related CEO and CFO certificationsfor three months ended March 31, 2025 (the “InterimFinancials”).
As of result of the completion of these filings, theCommission revoked the MCTO and FFCTO on August 5, 2025. The Companyhas reached out to the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”) toreinstatement trading its common shares, and anticipated that itscommon shares will resume trading on the TSX-V following thecompletion of the reinstatement review by the TSX-V.
