- Text S.A. is essentially growing beyond its legacy LiveChat into a more cohesive AI customer-engagement suite.
- In theory, LCHTF’s new AI suite of apps will center more around ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, and OpenWidget.
- However, for now, LiveChat still drives the large majority of its revenues. Fortunately, MRRs from ChatBot and HelpDesk are showing impressive rapid growth.
- LCHTF is also doing a cloud migration to consolidate its infrastructure and reduce quarterly operating costs as it streamlines and unifies its customer service offerings.
- And overall, I believe LCHTF offers compelling value for new investors at these levels, so I rate it a viable speculative “Buy”.
