Introduction
It has been over a year since I last looked the preferred stocks offered by Merchants Bancorp ( MBIN ). Here is my conclusion on the remaining two from that article :
Based on what I see and a desire to lock in today's rates for years, I give MBINN my Buy rating, a Hold for the other two, and if MBINN is Called, investors would have an annualized return over 18%.
