Millennial Potash Corp, formerly Black Mountain Gold USA Corp, is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company¿s projects include Banio Potash project and Mohave Gold property. The Banio project covers approximately 1,244 square kilometers (km2) and is located in the south-west corner of Gabon approximately 450 kilometers south of Libreville along the Atlantic coast. The Banio project sits on the border with the Republic of Congo and is located 70 kilometers north of which hosts potash deposits and historical mines Kola and Dougou potash deposits. The Mojave Gold project comprises approximately 160 claims, including lode and mill-site claims, which total approximately 3,200 acres (1,295 hectares). The Mojave Gold project is located approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Kingman, Arizona.
