RiverNorth offers a lineup of municipal bond-focused closed-end funds; these take an approach of investing in both individual bonds and other muni-focused CEFs. The strategy is an attempt to trade around based on the overall environment for CEF investing. These generally aren't focused on providing high levels of tax-free distributions, though that is a part of the distribution characteristic naturally from investing in munis.
