According to a recent SEC filing dated February 13, 2026, Whetstone Capital Advisors, LLC reported selling its entire 192,532-share holding in GitLab (NASDAQ:GTLB) . The estimated transaction value, based on the quarter’s average pricing, was approximately $8.68 million.
