Ocumetics Engages The Howard Group to Direct Capital Market & Corporate Digital Communications Programs

Calgary, Alberta – September 12,2025 – TheNewswire- Ocumetics Technology Corp . (“Ocumetics”or the “Company”) (TSXV: OTC) (OTCQB: OTCFF) (FRA: 2QBO), ispleased to announce that it has engaged HowardGroup Inc. (“The Howard Group”) as its investor relationscommunications advisor to direct both traditional and onlineinitiatives targeting institutional and retail investing groups aswell as the broader investment community. The engagement is for sixmonths commencing September 1, 2025 with compensation of $10,000 permonth plus additional fees on a fee for service basis as required bythe Company.  The Company also agreed to grant The Howard Group stockoptions to purchase up to an aggregate of 250,000 common shares in theshare capital of the Company for a period of two years at market pricewhen available under the Company’s stock option plan and to grant anadditional 250,000 stock options if the contract is extended for anadditional six months.  The Howard Group is arm’s length to theCompany.

Engagement of The Howard Group is subject to theapproval of the TSX Venture Exchange, which has been sought and ispending.
