The iShares MSCI USA Quality GARP ETF ( GARP ), a $1.1B-sized passively managed ETF which focuses on 130 large and mid-sized US stocks from the MSCI USA Index (this is not GARP’s underlying index, but rather the MSCI USA Quality GARP Select Index ) has delivered quite a commendable performance this year. On a YTD basis, GARP - which completed five years as a listed product in January- has managed returns of nearly 20%, and has outperformed not just the S&P 500, but the Invesco MSCI USA ETF ( PBUS ) which tracks the MSCI USA Index as well....
