I am the first to admit: I do not have a Finance degree, I am not a CFA, I have not worked for any Wall Street firms (although I did work for several Fortune 500 companies during my 42-year career), and I do not claim to be an expert when it comes to the stock market. So, take my recommendations with a grain of salt and do your own research if you like what you read. But I do have a pretty good track record at recognizing good income investments. One CEF (closed end fund) that offers high-yield income that I previously covered is still worthy of consideration depending on the future path of interest rates.
