Plaza Retail REIT Announces February 2026 Distribution

FREDERICTON, NB, Feb. 17, 2026 /CNW/ - Plaza Retail REIT ("Plaza") (TSX: PLZ.UN) today announced its February 2026 monthly distribution in the amount of $0.02333 per unit ($0.28 annualized). The February distribution will be payable on March 16, 2026 to unitholders of record as at February 27, 2026.
