(CSE: GFT; OTCQB: PMSXF) (“Grafton” or the “Company”) announces that Jesse Hahn has resigned as adirector and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Companythanks Mr. Hahn for his dedication and service over the period of hisemployment and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
With the resignation of Mr. Hahn, Mr. John CampbellSmyth has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of theCompany. Also, Mr. John Seaman will be joining the Company’s boardof directors and become the audit committee chair.
Mr. Seaman is currently a director of Fitzroy MineralsInc. Previously, Mr. Seaman was the ChiefFinancial Officer of Premier Gold Mines from August 2006 to June 2012,Chief Financial Officer of Pediment Gold Corp. from April 2007 toFebruary 2007 and Chief Financial Officer of Wolfden Resources Inc.from October 2002 to May 2007. In addition, Mr. Seaman has been adirector and/or officer of various other public companies.
