PSCT: Directional Growth Improvement For Small-Cap Tech Supports (Rating Upgrade)

Investment Thesis

I last reviewed the Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Technology ETF ( PSCT ) on October 21, 2023, when I rated it a "sell" primarily due to its significant quality gap with the Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF ( XLK ). Since that review was published, PSCT has trailed XLK by 27%. Still, it beat XLK by nearly 9% during the second half of 2025, so I want to take a second look at the fund to see if it now offers more compelling fundamentals....
