Valuation doesn’t move stocks in the short term – cheap stocks don’t go up just because the market suddenly realizes they’re cheap, and expensive stocks don’t sell off just because the market collectively looks at the multiples and decides they’re too high. I mention this because I think it’s an important consideration with Qorvo (QRVO) – while these shares do look undervalued (with or without the Skyworks (SWKS) deal), pressures in the mobile business remain a front-of-mind concern with the Street and the ability of management to drive growth through diversification remains a key question....
