TBUX: A Complementary Short-Duration Allocation

T Rowe Price Ultra Short-Term Bond ETF ( TBUX ) retains its appeal as a short-duration fixed income active ETF. The management expense ratio of the fund is low at ~0.17% and relatively better when considering the active mandate of the fund. The current situation is uncertain and complex, which makes low-duration ETFs worthwhile to consider. The uncertainty of the situation is largely on account of the market interest rates; in which case ETFs utilizing credit to generate incremental return over risk-free money markets, rather than playing the yield curve, are something of interest. In addition, the elevated interest-rate environment has significantly increased the yields of these low-duration asset classes, making them relatively attractive as an asset class as well....
