Mr. Jewett replaces Mr. GregFlorence who resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officereffective January 16, 2025.

Mr. Roger Jewett, CA, CPA is the owner of A Fresh Approach Inc., acorporation through which Mr. Jewett provides fractional ChiefFinancial Officer services to private and public companies. Mr. Jewettis currently a director and Chief Financial Officer of the followingTSX-Venture listed companies:

• Guardian Exploration Inc., an oil and gas and base metals explorationand development company;

• Ocumetics Technology Corp., a research and intraocular lensdevelopment company;

• Hanstone Gold Corp., a base metals exploration and developmentcompany; and
