Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund ( RQI ) recently delivered investors a year-end special for 2025, combined with an increase for its regular monthly payout. This was the first increase since 2015, noting that the fund paid a quarterly distribution and then switched to monthly, but it was the same equivalent amount. Despite that good news, the fund trades at our " Buy" discount level of greater than 5%, making it an interesting choice....
