On January 27, 2025, the Company announced that it had entered into abinding definitive agreement to acquire a 100% equity interest inPremium Products LLC. In connection with this transaction, TAAT fileda material change report on January 28, 2025, in accordance withapplicable securities laws. On May 7, 2025, the Company filed anamended material change report to provide additional details relatedto the acquisition.
