Lundbeck A/S ( OTCPK:HLUBF ) ( OTCPK:HLBBF ) (HLUN-A.CO) (HLUN-B.CO) coming in with a higher bid for Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc ( AVDL ) despite a standing agreement between this developer of narcolepsy drugs and Alkermes plc ( ALKS )....
